ExamFox is a CertCore product. Questions about this policy or privacy requests can be sent to privacy@exam-fox.com.
2. Information we collect
We process account identifiers supplied by Google sign-in, such as your email address, display name and provider user ID. We also keep site-specific purchase records, entitlement dates, saved questions, practice attempts, comments, reports, basic device and request information, and support correspondence.
3. Why we use it
We use information to authenticate you, deliver purchased access, remember study progress, process and reconcile payments, prevent abuse, answer support requests, secure the service and understand aggregate product performance. We do not sell personal information.
4. Service providers
Google Cloud and Firebase provide hosting, authentication, storage and application infrastructure. Our configured merchant-of-record or payment processor handles checkout and payment data. ExamFox does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
5. Retention and security
We retain account and transaction records for the period reasonably required to provide the service, meet accounting or legal obligations and resolve disputes. Access controls, tenant isolation, HTTPS and least-privilege service accounts are used to protect data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of applicable personal information. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law. You can sign out at any time and may avoid optional community features.
7. International processing and children
Our infrastructure may process information outside your country. ExamFox is intended for users able to enter a binding agreement and is not directed to children under 13. Local law may provide additional rights.
