Refund Policy
We aim to resolve genuine billing mistakes and material access failures while accounting for the immediate delivery of digital content.
Effective August 26, 20261. Eligible requests
Please contact us within seven days of purchase if you were charged more than once, paid for the wrong exam without materially using it, or could not access the purchased library because of a verified ExamFox fault that we could not correct.
2. Normally ineligible requests
Refunds are normally unavailable after substantial use or PDF export, for a change of mind after accessing the library, or because a user did not pass an exam. This does not limit non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law.
3. How to request one
Email support@exam-fox.com from the purchasing address with the exam code, purchase date and reason. Do not send card details. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; processor timing varies.
4. Revocation
A refunded, reversed or charged-back purchase ends the associated exam entitlement. Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse may result in account restriction.
