Second Chance Access
If you complete the certification exam but do not pass, ExamFox can add 30 complimentary days to the same question library after a simple evidence review.
Effective August 26, 20261. Who is eligible
You must have purchased the matching exam library directly from ExamFox. Apply from the Google account email used for that purchase within 30 days of receiving the result. The attempted certification and exam code must match the purchased library.
2. How to apply
Email support@cert-core.com from your purchasing Google account. Include the purchased exam name and code, the approximate ExamFox purchase date, and evidence showing both the completed exam attempt and the unsuccessful result. Use the subject line [Second Chance] ExamFox – Exam Code.
3. Evidence of an exam attempt
We accept an exam or testing-provider receipt, appointment or registration confirmation, attendance or completion email, or an authenticated provider-portal screenshot. The document must identify the exam and show a date associated with the booked or completed attempt. A reservation alone may support the application but does not prove that the exam was completed.
4. Evidence of an unsuccessful result
We accept an official score report, result email from the certification or testing provider, or an authenticated provider-portal screenshot that identifies the exam and shows “failed,” “not passed,” an unsuccessful status, or a score below the provider’s published passing score. Self-written statements, practice-test results, no-shows, cancellations and unrelated exams are not accepted.
5. Protect your information
Keep your name or account email, exam name or code, attempt date and result visible. Redact card numbers, home addresses, candidate IDs, access codes and any other information that is not needed for verification. Never send passwords or complete payment-card details.
6. Extension terms
After approval, 30 days are added to the matching exam library. The benefit is available once per purchase, has no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for a refund, and cannot be repeatedly renewed after another unsuccessful attempt. We may request clearer evidence or reject altered, incomplete, abusive or unverifiable claims.
