Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ExamFox and any exam-library access purchased through the service.
Effective August 26, 20261. Account and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep the account secure. A purchase grants one user a personal, limited, non-transferable right to access the identified exam library for the displayed period, normally 30 days.
2. Permitted use
You may use the service and generated PDF exports for personal study. You may not redistribute questions, share an account, automate extraction, defeat access controls, resell material, interfere with the service or use content to violate a certification provider’s rules.
3. Educational disclaimer
ExamFox is an independent study resource. It is not affiliated with certification vendors and does not guarantee that any question will appear on an exam or that use of the service will produce a passing score. Vendor exam objectives and policies remain authoritative.
4. Community content
You remain responsible for comments you submit. Do not post confidential exam material, personal information, abuse or unlawful content. We may moderate or remove community content and suspend accounts used for abuse.
5. Availability and changes
Libraries may be corrected, updated or withdrawn to address quality, security, legal or vendor-policy concerns. We may change the service prospectively. Material interruptions are handled under the refund policy.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. ExamFox is not responsible for exam fees, failed exam attempts or indirect losses. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
